Background & Training

My work is deeply informed by attachment theory, recognizing how early relational experiences shape emotional regulation, self-concept, and patterns in adult relationships. I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to tailor support to your unique needs.

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in real-life application. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and understood. I show up consistently, listen deeply, and help you unpack what’s been weighing on you so you can move toward what matters most.

Common Reasons Clients Reach Out

  • Why do we keep having the same argument over and over?

  • Why do I feel anxious or insecure in my relationship?

  • How do I stay calm during relationship conflict?

  • Why do I overthink everything my partner says or does?

  • How can I stay connected when I am struggling with depression?

  • How does past trauma affect my current relationship?
