Supervision is a relationship.

Just like in therapy, the quality of the relationship shapes how much you’re able to grow, take risks, and be honest about where you’re at.

If you’re feeling curious, unsure, or even a little intimidated, that’s completely okay. We can start with a conversation.

Let’s connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if this feels like a good fit for both of us.

Clinical Focus Areas

My supervision is rooted in evidence-based modalities, with a strong emphasis on:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety

  • Anxiety and intrusive thought work

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma and PTSD

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Behavioral Activation (BA) for depression

  • Self-compassion and shame work

  • Couples therapy

  • Clinicians in supervision with me can work with clients of any ages, families, and couples.
