How do I get started?
2
Getting started is simple:
Reach out via email or our contact page
Share what you're looking for support with (no need to have it perfectly worded)
Include insurance (if applicable) and availability
From there, we’ll help match you with the therapist who best fits your needs.
What makes you different?
3
Therapy here is active. We won’t just sit back and nod. We’ll guide, challenge, and support you in making meaningful changes.
All of our therapists are trained in evidence-based approaches and take a collaborative role in the process. That means we’re engaged, present, and working with you, not just listening.
We deeply respect that change is hard. You don’t have to do this perfectly, but you do have to be willing to show up.
Do you accept insurance?
4
Yes, we accept a variety of insurance plans.
We do our best to help you understand your estimated copay, but the most accurate way to confirm your coverage is to review your insurance benefits directly or contact your provider.
If we are in-network with your insurance, your plan already outlines your mental health benefits, including copays and deductibles.
What is sliding scale self-pay?
5
Yes, we accept sliding scale self-pay.
We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make therapy more accessible.
Sliding scale means:
You let us know you’d like to be considered
You provide your income information
We determine a session rate based on your income
We do our best to meet you where you are.
